The Piedmonsters are back at Grape Escape in Gaithersburg, MD this Saturday, June 13 from 7-10 pm. Come on our for a juke-joint-style Saturday night at this intimate space in the Kentlands neighborhood.

The Piedmonsters are an acoustic blues quartet known for getting non-blues audiences on their feet. The name “Piedmonsters” is an ode to Piedmont blues, the syncopated blues style of the East Coast. On top of that funky base coat, they adventurously add R&B, rock, spirituals, ragtime, jazz and their own compositions to create something fun and funky for everyone!

The ‘Monsters will be playing at the Silver Spring Blues Fest on June 20, the Washington Folk Festival on Aug 23, the Carolina Indie Fest on Sept 25, and the John Jackson Piedmont Blues Fest on Sept 26. This is your chance to catch them at a cool local watering hole! It’ll be a party!
